BIO

David Stokes practiced law beginning in 1986 and had extensive litigation experience in both civil and criminal cases. As a seasoned trial lawyer, he personally tried more than 300 jury trials to verdict, including cases involving murder, attempted murder, manslaughter, sexual assault, robbery, kidnapping, burglary, vehicle burglary, theft, aggravated assault, DWI, felony DWI, and nearly every other offense under the Texas Penal Code.

He also recovered awards of one million dollars or more in numerous civil cases, including those involving auto and truck accidents, wrongful death, general negligence, defective products, and insurance claims.
